Dining Sustainability Scorecard
The global food system is one of the leading contributors to greenhouse gas emissions but also presents an incredible opportunity to make a positive impact on the climate crisis. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint.
- Waste Reduction — Our goal was to reduce waste on campus by 500 lbs compared to 2022. Total waste reduction by fall 2022: 750 lbs.!
- Local & Sustainable Spending — Our goal was to increase local and sustainable spend on campus by $2,000 compared to fall 2022. Total sustainable spend in fall 2022: $6,850!
